Millions of people today are exposed to dangerous and
widespread airborne pollutants that exists in indoor air. Most at risk are
children, the elderly, people with lung and cardiovascular conditions –
categories of people with reduced or weakened body immunity. Air particle
pollution in all its forms significantly increase the risk of impaired health
premature death, lung cancer, chronic bronchitis and even heart attacks. Severe
indoor air pollution may also trigger asthma attacks, shortness of breath,
coughing, wheezing and leads to increased respiratory and cardiovascular
diseases.
