Pilihan jus untuk pesakit gaut


  • Jus Tembikai
Bahan: 250 gram buah tembikai

Cara Penyediaan - Buah tembikai dipotong dan bijinya dibuang. Kemudian dikisar. Minum sehari sekali, 2 – 3 jam selepas makan petang atau malam.

  • Jus Oren
Bahan: 100 gram buah oren

Cara Penyediaan - Potong buah oren, buang bijinya dan kemudian kisar sehingga hancur. Minum sehari sekali, 2 jam selepas makan pagi atau malam.

  • Jus Mangga
Bahan-Bahan: 50 gram buah mangga dan 50 ml air.

Cara Penyediaan - Kupas mangga, buang bijinya dan potong dadu. Kemudian kisar bersama air yang dimasukkan sedikit demi sedikit. Minum sekali sehari di waktu pagi atau tengahari (2 – 3 jam selepas makan).

  • Jus Pisang Embun
Bahan: 125 – 130 gram pisang embun

Cara Penyediaan - Buang kulit pisang embun dan kisar isinya. Minum sekali sehari, 2 jam selepas makan malam.

  • Jus Epal
Bahan-Bahan: 120 gram epal dan 50 ml air.

Cara Penyediaan - Bersihkan buah epal dan buang bijinya. Kemudian kisar sehingga hancur dan tambahkan air, sedikit demi sedikit. Minum sehari sekali selepas makan malam.

  • Jus Jambu Batu
Bahan-Bahan: 100 gram jambu batu dan 50 ml air.

Cara Penyediaan - Bersihkan buah jambu batu dan buang bijinya. Kemudian kisar sehingga hancur dan lembut. Minum sehari sekali, 2 jam selepas makan pagi atau tengahari, atau malam.

  • Jus Betik
Bahan: 130 gram buah betik

Cara Penyediaan - Kupas buah betik, buang bijinya, potong dadu dan kisar. Minum sehari sekali, pada waktu siang atau malam (2 – 3 jam selepas makan).
